At AEROARTLY, we are committed to transforming travel with products that embody quality, design, and functionality. We want you to love your AEROARTLY purchase, which is why we offer free returns and exchanges on unused items within 30 days of receipt.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been used, worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

Test Your Product: Before using your product for travel, we encourage you to:

· Test the wheels indoors, preferably on carpet, to experience the 360-degree, smooth functionality.

· Try out the interior compression system by packing your clothes.

· Keep the suitcase’s lock set to 0-0-0 until you're sure you want to keep the item.

· Retain your original packaging, as you’ll need it for returns.

If you're happy with your purchase, it's time to make it official!

Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Once your order is processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Refunds will be processed within 3 business day if the cancellation occurs before shipment.

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

· The item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. It must be in a condition suitable for resale.

· You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).

Refund Process

To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer support team at aeroartly@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Upon approval, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

· You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

· For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

Please email us at aeroartly@outlook.com for return/exchange approval before sending any items back. We cannot accept returns without prior approval.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

· If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3 business days.

· PayPal refunds may take up to 24 hours, while credit card refunds can take up to 7 days, depending on the processing time of your bank.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

· Gift cards

· Downloadable software products

· Personalized or customized items

· Original shipping fees and insurance costs

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at aeroartly@outlook.com. We will resolve the issue promptly and may request photographic evidence to process your return or exchange.

· Free returns are available for defective items only.

· Returns can be processed once per item.
