How do I open and set the lock on my AEROARTLY suitcase?

To open your AEROARTLY suitcase for the first time, ensure the combination dials are set to 0-0-0. Then find the slider with a small arrow on it and slide this towards the pointed direction. The zippers will pop off, allowing you to open the suitcase.

To set your own combination for the first time, follow these steps:

  1. Turn the dials to the opening combination. Press down the reset button with a pen until you hear a click. The button will stay pressed in.
  2. Set your own combination by turning the dials.
  3. Push the slider button in the direction of the arrow until the reset button pops back up. Be sure to memorize your combination. To set a new one, repeat the steps above.

Please note that once you set your locks, no one else will know how to open your bag – including us. We recommend keeping the combination(s) somewhere safe so you don’t lock yourself out.

What if I've locked myself out of my luggage?

If you have locked yourself out of your luggage, we recommend running all possible combinations from 0-0-0 to 9-9-9. This will take about 15 minutes. Please note that once you’ve set your lock combination on your luggage from its original 0-0-0 setting, there is no way for us to know what your personal combination is. In the event that you are locked out of your luggage and running all possible combinations does not open the suitcase, contact us at aeroartly@outlook.com for next steps.

How do I care for my luggage?

To clean the polycarbonate shell and interior lining, use a soft, damp cloth with warm water and mild dish soap. For stubborn scuff marks on the shell that water and soap can’t easily remove, use the included eco-friendly eraser sponge.

If you want an extra layer of protection for your luggage, we recommend to get a durable, water-resistant luggage cover, which provides head-to-toe coverage from dirt, scuffs, and scratches for your suitcase.

What other steps can I make to ensure the longevity of my luggage?

As you travel and explore, your luggage will inevitably take some wear and tear. We think that the character of your luggage grows with time and use, but we also recommend regular care for your items so they remain your trusted companions for a lifetime of travel.

Our suitcase shells are constructed with a virtually unbreakable aerospace-grade polycarbonate. Like all types of polycarbonate, AEROARTLY luggage isn’t immune to scuffs and scratches, especially in transit – airports and airlines are hard on suitcases!

  • When your luggage isn’t in use, we recommend keeping in the linen dust bag provided to prevent your suitcase from accumulating dirt and dust.
  • When your suitcase is in use, you can give it an extra layer of protection with our luggage cover.
  • We recommend our packing cubes to help you pack efficiently and prevent an overstuffed suitcase.
  • The antimicrobial garment and shoe bags included with your luggage can be laundered regularly.
  • You can disinfect your luggage by wiping down the handles, wheels, and shell with disinfectant wipes.

Where do you ship?

We offer free shipping on all $100+ orders to the contiguous United States. For customers outside United States, kindly email aeroartly@outlook.com to place your order.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the contiguous United States.

If your orders under $100, your shipping charges will also be calculated at checkout.

When will I receive my order?

We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders over $100. Delivery usually takes 4–6 business days, plus additional time for order processing before shipment.

Can I cancel my order? 

Your purchase begins its journey to you as soon as you complete the checkout process. We unfortunately do not have a cancellation window. Once an order has begun processing, it cannot be altered.

Returns & Exchanges
What are the details of the 30-day trial?

We’ve extensively quality-tested our luggage and are confident it can handle almost anything your travels throw its way (and if not, that’s what our warranty is for).

While we believe you’ll love your AEROARTLY luggage from day one, we understand that sometimes you need to see and feel it yourself. That’s why we offer a 30-day trial—so you have time to decide if it’s the right travel companion for you. The 30-day trial period begins on the day your luggage is delivered.

We recommend packing it with items similar to what you’d bring on a trip and rolling it around indoors to get a sense of the size, weight, and maneuverability.

If it’s not the right fit—maybe the size feels off or the color isn’t quite you—no problem. Simply initiate your return within 30 days of receiving it.

To ensure smooth processing, we require clear photos of the luggage showing it is in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging intact. Please note: the trial is void if the suitcase shows signs of use in transit or is returned in unsaleable condition.

A $25 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund once the item is received at our distribution center.

What is your return policy for all other items?

For bags, apparel, and accessories, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. Items eligible for return must be in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging intact. To help us assess the condition, photos are required before a return label can be issued. Return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.

What is your exchange policy?

If you wish to exchange an item, please return your original purchase and place a separate order for the item you would like instead. If you have any questions, please contact aeroartly@outlook.com for assistance.

What are my options if I do not have the original packaging?

Items eligible for return must be in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging intact. Photos are required to help us assess the condition before a return label can be issued.

If I purchased an item during a promotion, can I exchange and receive the same discount?

If you process an exchange, the price of the new item will reflect our current pricing. Discounts may vary depending on the promotion available at the time of exchange.

Warranty
Does your luggage have a lifetime warranty?

All AEROARTLY luggage is backed by our Lifetime Warranty – coverage that stays with you for life, as the original owner.

The warranty covers:

  • Broken or malfunctioning wheels
  • Telescopic handles that stop performing as intended
  • Locks that no longer function as designed

The warranty does not cover:

  • Airline damage, impact cracks, or dents from handling
  • Zipper damage due to impact or unsecured use during transit
  • Cosmetic wear like surface scratches, scuffs, marks, or colour changes
  • Interior wear, including lining or pockets from normal use
  • Lost or stolen luggage
  • Damage from misuse, tampering, or third-party repairs
  • Parts that are still fully functional

In the event of a warranty claim:
If a part of your luggage is damaged, we will have a dedicated technician contact you to assess the situation. Based on their evaluation, we may either ship you the necessary replacement part for self-installation or request that you send the luggage back to our warehouse.If your luggage is damaged beyond repair, we will send you a replacement, and shipping/processing times may vary depending on availability. If we are unable to repair or replace damaged components, we will send a replacement luggage of equal or greater retail value to your original purchase. Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact replacement for limited edition, discontinued, or out-of-stock items. Replacement decisions are made at our discretion, and we reserve the right to decline a warranty claim.

Do the Travel Accessories have a warranty?

Our travel accessories are backed by a 3-month warranty. The warranty covers the repair or replacement of defective materials and components. It does not cover accidental damage or wear and tear.
